Annual Membership

Annual membership is a $25 per household or $15 per individual donation to the FRIENDS.

You can leave your contribution at the Library desk, or mail it to

Please include:

  1. Your name(s), phone, email, and street address
  2. The purpose (membership, book-of-the-year,
    gift membership, or other specific purpose)
  3. The amount of your donation

Donations to the Friends of the Lansdowne Public Library are used entirely and exclusively for the benefit of Lansdowne Public Library, in coordination with the Executive Director and the Board of Trustees. FLPL is a 501(C3) non-profit organization, therefore all donations you may take a charitable deduction off your taxes for contributions.

Other donation options

Besides annual membership, you can donate to the Library through the Book-a-Year project. For $500, the library will buy a book every year in honor of a person you designate.

The FRIENDS are happy accept donations from individuals and businesses who wish to give larger amounts. We can also apply for and receive grants on behalf of the Library.

Attend our Meetings

For those who would like to be more active, you are welcome to contribute your time!

Attend our monthly meetings: 4th Mondays, 7pm in the library.
Or if meetings aren't your thing, ask us about what fundraising tasks you can help with.
