How to File A Complaint

A written and signed complaint should be filed within 180 days of the alleged incident. Forms for this purpose are available from the Borough Manager's office. They are also available to download from the borough web site www.lansdowneborough.com. Return the completed form to the Borough Manager's office. The Manager will forward your complaint to the Lansdowne Human Relations Commission, and the Commission will explain the process, investigate, make a determination as to the charges of discrimination, mediate when possible, and may impose legal remedies as indicated and appropriate.

A complaint may be withdrawn at any time by the party who has filed.
