The Lansdowne Business and Professional Association provides four year commitment to the Lansdowne Public Library

Lansdowne, PA -The Lansdowne Business and Professional Association (LBPA) has committed $250 per year, for the next four years, to the Lansdowne Public Library. The LBPA recognizes the important services that the library provides to the neighborhood, and pledged the monies to further enhance the services that the library offers local residents.

"The Lansdowne Public Library board of trustees would like to thank the LBPA for taking such an active interest in the library as a vital service for the entire community" said library treasurer, Ed Williams. "We strongly encourage each Lansdowne resident to visit the LBPA's website, www.shoplansdowne.com"

For over 100 years, The Lansdowne Public Library has served our culturally diverse community by offering a broad spectrum of free educational, informational, and recreational activities. Nearly seven days a weeks, the library offers a wide variety of educational and social programs that appeal to everyone in the community, from young children to older adults.

Founded in 1976, the LBPA seeks to make the borough a better place to live, work, and shop. Their mission is to improve and promote the Lansdowne businesses so that our community may thrive. The LBPA membership meets regularly to exchange ideas, participate in constructive change, and develop new business opportunities.
