Police Officers receive Certificates of Merit for helping catch robbers.



Officer Mark McGinnis and Officer Kenneth Rutherford are seen here receiving a Certificate of Merit which was presented by the Clifton Heights Police Department for their assistance in the apprehension of three armed men who robbed the 7-11 Store on Baltimore Ave. in Clifton Heights.
