EAST PLUMSTEAD AVE.
Officers were dispatched to the area of E. Plumstead Ave. for an unknown nature, reported by a third-party who was not on location. Upon arrival, Officers located a male with a bleeding laceration to his right inner forearm. The injury was the result of the male punching a vehicle window. The male was yelling, cursing, and threatening another male who was also on location. While attempting to take the male into custody, he resisted arrested which caused an injury to the officer. The male was later charged with Assault and related offenses.

WEST STEWART AVE.
Police responded to the W. Stewart Ave. for a report of theft of a vehicle catalytic converter. The victim reported that an unknown person removed their vehicle’s catalytic converter sometime in the early morning hours. The investigation is ongoing.
05/06/2021 14:50 – FRAUD
CRAWFORD AVE.
Police received a report regarding a scam involving CashApp. The victim reported 16 fraudulent payments/withdraws to various people that he did not authorize. The victim had already contact CashApp to dispute the fraudulent activity and requested a police report documenting the fraud. The investigation is ongoing.

SOUTH WYCOMBE AVE.
Police were dispatched to S. Wycombe Ave. for a report of found property. Upon arrival, it was determined that the found property was a projectile which was fired through the rear of the house by an unknown person. The investigation is ongoing.
