WILLOWBROOK AVE.
Lansdowne Police were dispatched to Willowbrook Avenue for the report of threats not in progress. Upon arrival, the victim reported a neighbor made lewd and threating comments. As a result of the investigation, a criminal summons was issued to the neighbor.
