WEST BALTIMORE AVE.
While on patrol, an Officer observed a vehicle drive onto the sidewalk in the area of W. Baltimore Ave. The officer initiated a traffic stop and, as a result of the traffic stop, the operator was arrested for DUI and related offenses.

The victim contacted the police to report an unknown person entered his unlocked vehicle. Items in the vehicle were disturbed but nothing was reported stolen.
