Police were dispatched to W. Baltimore Ave. for a theft report. Upon arrival, the victim reported an unknown subject left the store without paying for merchandise. The investigation is ongoing.

NORTH LANSDOWNE AVE.
Police were dispatched to N. Lansdowne Ave. for a retail theft. Upon arrival, the victim reported an unknown subject left the store without paying for merchandise. The investigation is ongoing.
08/05/2022 00:00 – ASSAULT
NORTH WYCOMBE AVE.
Police were dispatched to the area of Stratford Court Apartments for shots fired. Upon arrival, officers located multiple spent shell casing on the south side of the parking lot. Through investigation, it was determined that two males walked onto the parking lot from the area of E. Stratford Ave. and one of the males began firing at a vehicle which was parked on the lot. The driver, who is legally licensed to carry a firearm, exited the vehicle and returned fire multiple times. The initial two suspects fled the scene eastbound on E. Stratford Ave. The driver of the vehicle initially fled the scene but returned and is cooperating with the investigation. At this time, no injuries were report to the police related to the shooting. The investigation is ongoing.

Police were dispatched to W. Greenwood Ave. for a theft from a vehicle. Upon arrival, the victim reported an unknown subject entered his unlocked vehicle sometime overnight and removed personal belongings. The investigation is ongoing.

WYCOMBE AVE.
Police were dispatched to the area of Wycombe Ave. for an assault report. Officers located the suspect in the area and subsequently issued him a citation for Disorderly Conduct.
